What the Workspace desktop app is, how it differs from Workspace in a browser, and what has and has not been run. It was only smoke-run and has never been used for a real sign-in.

What it is
The desktop app is the same Workspace interface inside an Electron shell. It is a window around the Workspace you use in a browser, not a second product: the same projects, environments, conversations and rules.
How it differs from the browser

| Signing in | Opens your system browser and returns to the app. The app never shows a password field of its own |
| Your credential | Stays in the app's background process, encrypted with the system's secure storage when it offers one, and is never handed to the page |

| Navigation | The window cannot be sent to another site, and pages cannot open new windows |
| Keys | Ctrl/Cmd+W closes a tab, which a browser keeps for itself |
